August 22nd, 2010 - Anne Veland - International allround FIFe-judge
Mrs. Anne Veland passed in Vantaa (Finland) her
exam and stage in category I and is now international FIFe judge for all
breeds.
KKÖ wish her all the best with her future assignments.

July 28th, 2010 - KKÖ members day
KKÖ invite all members to visit the office in
Castellezgasse 8/1, 1020 Vienna, August, 10th 2010 between 6:00-8:00PM.
During the members day, you as KKÖ-member have the opportunity to come
with your cat to ask for breeding allowance, for determination of color
or receive answers to your club related questions.
All services, as well as possible adaptations of pedigrees are free of
charge during this day.

June 16th, 2010 - KKÖ Exhibitor seminar & General Assembly 2010
KKÖ arrange a seminar for our exhibitors and stewards
in conjunction with the general assembly 2010.
In the seminar our exhibitors will learn about how to present cats to
the judges, how to present their cat in the best way and our stewards
will see how they can contribute to this. The
seminar and general assembly will take place July 17th, 2010 1600PM in
the Hotel Reinisch, A-2320
SCHWECHAT/MANNSWÖRTH, Mannswörther Str. 76.
Afterwards there will be a summer buffet for our members with free
admission.

April 24th, 2010 - Participation - 'Freude mit Katzen, Kaninchen &
Co'
The Vienna community veterinary office arrange an
exhibition 'Freude mit Katzen, Kaninchen & Co' in the Museumsquartier
venue in Vienna.
KKÖ participate with a own stand and we invite you to visit us and the
exhibition.
You can reach the venue by public transport (U2 and U3 - station
Volkstheater). The exhibition is opened May
8th, 2010 and May 9th, 2010 between 1000AM until 1800PM, free admission.

September 18th, 2009 - Info conference for cat
breeders
The
university of veterinary Medicine in Vienna organize together with
our sponsor Royal Canin a
info conference for cat breeders.
The
program you will find here.
The conference will be held October 17th, 2009 between 0900AM until
0200PM in the auditorium B of the university of veterinary medicine in
Vienna, Veterinärplatz 1, A-1210 VIENNA.
You must announce your participation, participation fee 20€. (The
conference will be held in German).

August 10th, 2009 - New fax number of KKÖ
KKÖ has a new faxnumber; +43-1/2288977. The existing number wll be
disabled soon.

July 25th, 2009 - General assembly KKÖ
The general assembly took place today. As new treasurer Mr. Robert
Fister was elected, Mr. Karl Preiss was reelected as president.
The mandatory vaccination against feline leukemia was dropped in case of
transfer and owneship of cats.
The feline leukemia vaccination is only mandatory for cats which are
used for breeding.

July 23rd. 2009 - Food donation towards 'Katzenheim Freudenau'
Also in 2009 KKÖ donated food towards the 'Katzenheim Freudenau'. The
donation was doubled by Royal Canin and therefore food with the value of
1500€ was brought to the cat shelter.
You can visit this shelter every sunday from 2.00 - 5.00PM.

January 24th, 2009 - Anne Veland - International FIFe-judge for
category IV
Mrs. Anne Veland passed in Slagelse (Danmark) her stage in category IV
and is now international FIFe judge in this category.
KKÖ wish her all the best in her new domaine.

January 1st, 2009 - New breed and titels
The Neva
Masquerade NEM (it is the type of a Siberian with a
colour point pattern) can be shown in two groups (NEM 1 without
white, NEM 2 with white) starting January 1st, 2009.
The NEM receive only provisory titles (maximum PIC and PIP) and are not eligible to participate
during Best in Show.
The titles EC and EP will be renamed towards SC
(Supreme Champion) and SP (Supreme Premior) and a respective renaming of the
certificates CACE and CAPE towards CACS and CAPS, starting January, 1st
2009.
All cats which obtain the title EC resp. EP before the 1.1.09
will keep this title. Starting 1.1.09 only the title SC and SP can be
obtained and already gained CACE and CAPE will be counted for the new title. |
